NOVEMBER 27–DECEMBER 12, 2021    |    STUDIO TWO, RIFFE CENTER

Legendary folk hero Hershel of Ostropol saves Hanukkah in this stage adaptation of the award-winning children’s book by Eric Kimmel. Will Hershel’s wit, wisdom, and delightful sense of humor be enough to outsmart the goblins, allowing the villagers to celebrate Hanukkah once again? The story comes to life with music and puppetry for audiences of all ages.

PARKING

Public parking is available in the attached Riffe Center Garage, accessible from Front Street, or in the Statehouse parking garage (for a fee), connected to the Riffe Center via an underground walkway.

Please ignore all signage for the Riffe Center Parking Garage that says “closed,” or “full,” including any of the reserved signs on individual parking spaces. The garage is open and free to everyone on weekends and after 6:00 p.m.

ENTERING THE RIFFE CENTER

The most direct and easiest route to the theatres on the 4th floor is via the State Street entrance. While the signs say “employee entrance,” the Riffe Center security team will be expecting you. Elevators from the Riffe Center Parking Garage will be operating on Levels G, G1 & G2. If you park on those levels, you should be able to bring the elevator right up to the 4th Floor Theatre level. Alternatively, you may need to walk outside for one block, to access the State St. entrance. Please contact the CAPA Box Office at 614-469-0939 if you need special accommodations for accessibility.

LATE SEATING POLICY

Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins runs just about one hour in length. Performances begin promptly at the advertised time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Please plan to arrive early to navigate parking and vaccination check-in for those 12 and older.
