We are committed to ensuring our theatre is accessible to every member of our community.

As part of our commitment to ensure our theatre is accessible to every member of our community, we offer a Pay-What-You-Want (PWYW) ticket option for the preview performances of every production. PWYW allows you to choose how much you pay for a single ticket.

The minimum cost for PWYW tickets is $1.00 to cover the Riffe Center facility fee. The 5% Arts and Culture fee is added to every purchase, bringing the total to $1.05.

As with all tickets purchased over the phone or online, there is a service fee and credit card charges added to the order. To avoid paying the service fee, you can purchase PWYW tickets in person at the CAPA ticket office, or at the theatre up to two hours prior to the performance.

PWYW tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 614-469-0939 or visiting the CBUSArts Ticket Center at 39 E State St, 43215. The CBUSArts Ticket Center is open Monday-Friday, 10 am-3 pm, and the phone center receives calls Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. Same-day tickets are available 2-hours prior to the show in-person at the Riffe Center Studios located at 77 S High St, 43215.

To create an inclusive and antiracist organization, we are committed to breaking down barriers to participation, including economic. PWYW includes the first performances for both mainstage and theatre for young audience productions.

Student Rush tickets are available for $20 at the theatre two hours before show time.
